Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• We ship across India. Orders ship within 24 hours of payment verification (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 3–5 days, longer for remote pincodes.
• Shipping is free above the threshold shown at checkout. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Replacements

Because anjeer is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened packs. But if your order arrives damaged, wrong, or the figs are hard or dry, send a photo to support@anjeer.in within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge, no return needed.

Refunds

If we can't replace an item, we refund the full amount to your original UPI account within 5–7 working days.

Undeliverable orders

If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it for the shipping fee, or refund the order minus shipping costs.
