Anjeer.in is operated by COVOTO Global Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Order details: name, phone number, email, delivery address, pincode, the products you order and your UPI transaction reference (UTR).
• Contact form messages and anything you choose to tell us.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to prevent fraud and spam.

We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, bank account or card details. Payments happen inside your own UPI app.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To send order updates by email and WhatsApp.
• To send occasional reminders related to your purchase, such as a reorder reminder. You can opt out by replying to any email.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share your name, phone and address only with our courier partners to deliver your order. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax law. Incomplete checkouts are archived after 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@anjeer.in. We respond within 30 days.
